As the Regional Sales & Team Manager, you'll embody this mission by driving our sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the charge in regional sales strategy: Develop and execute bold, innovative sales plans to dominate the market and elevate our brand presence.
2. Inspire and empower the sales team: Motivate and mentor a dynamic team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of passion, performance, and collaboration.
3. Anticipate market trends and outmaneuver competitors: Stay ahead of the curve with insightful analysis, proactive planning, and strategic decision-making.
4. Ensure unparalleled store coverage: Drive visibility and availability of the products across all retailers in the Malaga region, leaving no shelf untouched.
5. Harness data-driven insights for success: Leverage cutting-edge tools and analytics to optimize sales strategies, enhance efficiency, and drive bottom-line results.
6. Cultivate authentic customer connections: Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
7. Track performance and drive continuous improvement: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement actionable initiatives to drive growth and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical acumen, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
