Read more on our website about how we transform work and how people feel about it, so our customers and their people can thrive.Job Description: As an Associate Product Manager:You will work on the product(s) and business case portfolio in the Core HR product in the HCM portfolio.You will execute on a cross-product and cross-functional product strategy.You will contribute to the functional product roadmap for Core HR.You will act as the customer during the development phase to make sure that product solutions meet customer business requirements/market requirements.You will create user stories and detailed business requirements.You will translate the market requirements and business cases into solid design specifications, and assist Software Engineers and Test Analysts with understanding those requirements.You will work with peers in Product Management to understand the customer needs and use this knowledge to create the most effective functional requirements design and User Stories.You will work as the product owner to fulfill the priorities on User Stories and requirements design.You will test in close cooperation with Quality Management and Engineering.You will execute on creating appropriate pre-sales material and demo-systems in close cooperation with Product Marketing.Qualifications: You have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant field.Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position in relevant field.You have a strong analytical mind and an understanding of product marketing, product management and/or software development and services related to business software.Your English is fluent.Additional Information: 100% Remote work option.Stable employment with an attractive salary.Unlimited paid Holidays.Opportunity to work in an international R&D department.Opportunity for meeting people from various countries and cultures.A chance to participate in the development of an international leading software firm.
