JOB SUMMARY
The role is in-charged with managing the operation of WADFOW partner stores (Gen Trade) while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure the achievement of regional sales target by orienting, training, and guiding company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers and mini concept stores). Communicate job expectations to ASMs by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing sales targets. Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for ASM in support of national objectives. Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and complete action plans and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine regional sales system improvements, and implement change when necessary. Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Acquire new sales partners for WADFOW GenTrade concept stores. Maintain and expand customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities. Get client orders and monitor concerns from gen trade partners. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field. At least 2 years experience in a field equivalent. Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications, and people management skills. With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated. Must be amenable to work in NCR. Job Type: Full-time
