KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge in hospital-based and cardio products. Takes ownership and demonstrates the ability to drive monthly sales results through superior selling skills. Above average interpersonal, platform, and written communication skills. Proven ability to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges. Develop and maintain superior relationships with key decision makers and influencers within physician offices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with positive, open communication and collaboration with co-workers and counterparts. Completes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget. Consistently executes all field sales activities with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and Business. At least 1 year sales and marketing experience gained from a respected pharmaceutical company handling hospital-based injectable products. Fresh College graduates with excellent academic records are welcome to apply. Proven successful sales track record, negotiation skills, and ability to execute marketing plans. Can manage a territory in a fast-paced working environment. Effective communication skills both oral and written. Can work with minimum supervision. Ideally residing in the area applying for.
