This role will focus on empowering master franchisees to effectively implement our operational and marketing standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all countries, while guiding master franchisees and their teams to achieve their sales targets.
We are looking for a proactive leader who leverages data to monitor performance and supports master franchisees in adapting our business model to local markets, always upholding our brand's core values and achieving objectives in each region.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Objectives.
Training: Design and deliver training programs to equip master-franchisees for successful model implementation.
Conduct regular audits and offer guidance to ensure they uphold company standards in operations, marketing, and brand identity.
Support and implement the correct commercial strategies in master franchisees so that they achieve their sales objectives.Data-Driven Market Adaptation and Strategy: Use data analytics to support market entry strategies, assessing local conditions, customer preferences, and franchise performance.
Guide master-franchisees in adapting our model to align with local markets while maintaining brand consistency.Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Set and track KPIs using analytics tools to monitor franchise success metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Prepare data-backed reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for master-franchisees, fostering strong working relationships and providing support through feedback and continuous training.
Organize regular reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with company objectives.Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather and analyze data on competitor activity, market penetration, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments.
Provide insights and risk assessments for executive decision-making at the corporate level.Cross-Cultural Training and Adaptation: Develop training to help master-franchisees navigate cultural nuances and challenges.
Use data insights to adapt strategies that align with local norms while fostering a unified brand identity.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, International Relations, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in franchise development, consulting, or international expansion with a data-centric approach.Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in data-driven decision-making
