You will contribute to HR projects, provide data analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and support strategic initiatives.Job FunctionsAssist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports. Support in the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of employee files and documentation.Assist in managing labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Provide support for employee relations initiatives and investigations.Contribute to cross-functional projects related to global HR initiatives, such as talent management, workforce planning, and HR technology implementations.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from HR data and create informative reports for management.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field.Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems (e.G., Personio, Workday), and data analysis tools.Basic understanding of HR principles, employment law, and HR best practices. Familiarity with Spanish labor law is a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
