Your key responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain strategic relationships with record labels, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs.Negotiate deals with labels to maximize monetization and growth on YouTube.Design and oversee content strategies to boost visibility and revenue on the platform.Lead and manage teams focused on MCN growth on YouTube.Coordinate with teams focused on MCN operations.Stay updated on platform trends and changes to propose innovative solutions.Serve as a key liaison between labels, artists, and the company's business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of initiatives.Minimum QualificationsProven experience working in the music industry, within a record label and with artists.More than 5 years of experience working with YouTube (must have passed YouTube Certified courses).Knowledge of end-to-end content deliveries and in-depth understanding of metadata and digital asset management.Up-to-date knowledge of trends and algorithm changes in YouTube and the digital content industry.Strong cross-functional distribution knowledge.Proven track record in negotiating and closing business deals with artists and labels.Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize strategies based on data insights.Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; other languages will beconsidered favorably.Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.Why work at SonoSuite rocks?Our team is what makes everything possible.
