We will consider it a plus, knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.RequirementsThree years previous experience in a similar position.The candidate must bring either design, pattern making or technical background in the fashion and textile industry.Fluid in English, spoken and written. Additional languages such as Italian, also to be considered.Correct and professional use of the above mentioned IT tools.Interpersonal skills are of highest importance for us: assertiveness, flexibility, generating a good work atmosphere, creativity, passion for our collcetions, problem solving and analysing, dynamic and capacity of thinking ahead.Experience working with suppliers overseas, China and constant communication in terms of product development comments and price negotiation.Experience in following up open cost sheets and working towards a target cost goal
