In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient payment to vendors, maintaining the accuracy of AP ledgers, processing invoices, preparing payments, and handling queries effectively. Additionally, you will help maintain compliance with procedures, onboard new vendors, and assist with purchase requests.How will you make an impact?Receive and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.Code and enter invoices into the accounting system.Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.Generate payments to vendors on a routine schedule and ensure bills are paid or negotiated by their due dates.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers.Prepare the monthly bill accruals.Onboard new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining the vendor information.Manage relationships with vendors, handling queries, and resolving any issues that arise.Ensure all AP processes comply with internal controls and company policies.Process employee reimbursements.Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.Review and process purchase requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.Contribute to the preparation of Financial Reports.Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process.What makes you a great fit?1-2 years of previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, Business Administrator, or Accountant in the Spanish market.Experience with the Spanish VAT system.Good written communication skills both in English and Spanish.Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Good analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.You are problem-solving-focused.How can you earn extra bonus points?Knowledge of Netsuite and Tipalti.Good level of Excel/Google Sheets.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.Professional courses (e.g., Ciclo formativo).Why you'll love us:You'll be part of a growing, dynamic company with a truly international team.
