YOUR ROLE
Drive the SHE strategy and objectives for the area of responsibility and use appropriate reporting tools.
Work with relevant functions to develop and implement standards and procedures.
Ensure continuous improvement in all relevant SHE areas.
Support global audit management.
Manage the review and renewal of SHE related legal permits, licenses, etc.
Perform required monthly/quarterly reporting, i.e., site sustainability metrics and man hour reporting, monthly reporting on SHEQ KPI status.
Investigate and analyze root causes of incidents, assist in developing corrective actions and document results in Henkel's reporting system.
Development and delivery of SHE training for all stakeholders.
Develop, deliver and support workplace risk assessments for responsible sites.
Ensure coordination of contingency plans.
Discontinue any activity or process that does not meet minimum safety requirements or any unsafe condition or behavior.
Support on site during EH&S audits.

YOUR SKILLS
Engineer with knowledge in Process Safety or PRL degree/master.
1-2 years of experience in Process Safety.
1-2 years of experience in Industrial environment, Chemical sector.
Fluent level of English.
Motivation and availability to work in Montornes (base of the position).
Good team player and good communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
