If your answer is yes, apply to come on board and make Volotea your next professional destination.What you will do:Receive and process AOG and urgent material requests from MCC and Logistics Dept.Coordinate with MCC and Logistics team to determine exact details of the material requested to ensure proper handling.Ensure proper handling of AOG shipments from pick up to delivery and continuous information flow between shipper, consignee, vendor, and forwarder.Check inventory system to determine availability and locations of parts/tooling/materials.Determine best location to acquire needed items based upon availability of shipping methods.Organize and coordinate shipments between our stations.Ensure paperwork from the shipment is processed properly and timely.Determine appropriate supplier, contact supplier and arrange purchase and shipment of items.Determine best solution to ensure part is delivered at the required location at the required time
