Talent Intelligence Analytics and Insights Specialist About this Role: The Talent Intelligence Analytics and Insights Specialist will be a critical member of the HR COE Analytics team.
This role will support Gartner's global HR business unit and will be a key driver for growing our Talent Intelligence function to drive hiring, retention, and other key business outcomes in line with Gartner's growth objectives.
This role will provide our stakeholders with the talent and market insights they need to gain a competitive edge in the labor market by proactively identifying market hiring trends, initiatives & rewards in our candidate target markets.
This will include utilizing research, data, and candidate-driven insights to enable our HR teams to achieve their strategic business priorities, as well as advising business partners to make informed talent decisions.
This position reports to the Associate Director, Talent Intelligence.
Responsibilities of the role: Capture, analyze and maintain accurate candidate market and talent intelligence data to create logical and impactful analytics to drive Gartner's business priorities forwardDrive competitive talent intelligence research and analysis across a wide range of industries and geographies utilizing both internal and external data sourcesProvide research to enable data-driven talent strategies and recommendations that drive and influence HR and Gartner business decisionsPartner with executives and leadership teams across Gartner to inform and educate these groups on talent trends and market dataAct as a voice of talent intelligence to drive interests and alignment with cross-functional business partnersSupport the development and evolution of programs to build Gartner for scale, drive high-quality hiring, support retention, and reduce open positionsProactively identify and prioritize talent intelligence work based on business strategyCollaborate with our business partners – within and outside of HR – to solve business issuesPerform ad hoc analyses to support both HR and Gartner leadershipRole Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in an analytical subject or business preferred (e.g., math, science, engineering, economics, finance, etc.
)1-5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance rolesExperience leading successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions and engaging senior executivesSuccessful track record of superior service delivery in a global environmentAdvanced Excel, research, and presentation/meeting facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to own, manage, and complete projects across business functions with high-quality resultsExceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesExcellent attention to detail
