We have a great opportunity in Barcelona, Spain for an inside sales & customer service representative!
This position is intended to be a hybrid role with responsibilities in inside sales and in customer service management.
Your main missions as inside sales rep are the following: You will sell the company's products and services by calling prospective and established customers.You will manage and respond to customer concerns and problems. May arrange and provide for shipment and demonstration of products by sales personnel.You will maintain sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.You will be responsible for meeting established sales quotas.You may travel to customer locations to follow-up or to make presentations or perform demonstrations.You will prepare reports to document activities/results.You will investigate and help resolve customer concerns promptly.You will act as a liaison to Field Sales staff; respond to requests for sales quotes and respond to customers.You will identify and develop new and existing marketing opportunities through mailings, research, cold calling and trade show leads.You will travel occasionally with Field Sales staff, trade shows and sales meetings.You will collect information from customers and apply standard methods to provide an ROI (return on investment) analysis to customers.Your main missions as Customer Service Representative: You will provide responsive and accurate order-entry service to customers by phone, fax, web and email.You will manage after-sales support & troubleshooting - handle a wide range of customer inquiries.You will communicate with manufacturing locations, on service performance, quality, capacity and stock.You will monitor existing business, identify and follow-up on fluctuations in demand with customers.You will manage forecast volume changes by product/customer into supply chain, quoting prices against given guidelines and maintain customer price books.You will assist customers with product questions and resources – provide product & application recommendations, providing basic technical support to customers as applicable to level of experience (product catalogue questions, basic technical knowledge, etc.)Let's talk about you! High School Diploma needed, Bachelor's degree preferred.You have a successful previous related experience, such as experience in a customer service or sales administration role.You possess strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.You have very good customer service skills.You gained a very good knowledge on selling techniques and negotiation.You speak Spanish and English fluently.We not only embrace change… we drive it.
