What you will do in this role As an AML/CFT Supervisor on our team, you will:
Lead a team of AML/CFT Analysts, follow up on their performance, coaching and escalations.Analyze alerts in order of priority and within defined timeframes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and client-defined procedures.Conduct the necessary due diligence and identify required supporting documentation to build analysis files.Perform enhanced reviews of AML/CFT and financial risks, making a well-supported decision for each alert based on pre-established analysis scenarios provided by the client.Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
