Job Description


Develop and execute different affiliate channels, expand and strengthen our network.
Analyze competitors' traffic strategies and gameplay, maintaining daily relationships with traffic channels to drive growth in traffic and sales.
Conduct research on the local affiliate traffic markets, understand traffic types, and formulate affiliate traffic operation plans by different types.
Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local partners, including contract negotiation and affiliate project management.
Collect local market feedback and provide channels with personalized and professional business cooperation plans.




Position Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years proven experience in affiliate marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing.
Candidates with international education background or working and living experience, familiarity with intercultural environment preferred.
Excellent communication and execution skills, positive attitude, honesty, and results-oriented mindset.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving key performance metrics.
Willingness to be based in Spain. English and local language should be at a professional level; Chinese is a plus.
