Alibaba Group Operations Program Manager Seller -

Lead program planning, its KPIs and best practices to improve productivity, closely working with sales and seller operation teams. Foster internal program collaboration.Monitor program operations, identify risks and critical gaps to activate remediation plans for operational improvement and program efficiency. Ensure results and success.Develop reporting to monitor onboarding trends and share insights with leadership and stakeholders. Lead presentations during internal meetings.Build standard operating procedure documents to improve external and internal processes. Coach and influence stakeholders.Manage the relationship with external partners that support Seller Onboardings.Drive alignment between all stakeholders regarding program execution and act as the main point of contact.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years working experience in program/project management roles in Ecommerce/Marketplaces/Internet companies within Seller Ops.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Skilled in MS Excel.Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights/risks to transform them into action plans and measuring success.Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as the main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Problem-solving mindset. Energetic and adaptive to change.Native Spanish and proficient English are a must for this position.Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline.Preferred Qualifications: French, Italian, or Chinese are a plus.Master in Business Administration or Technical.Experience working with Product & Tech teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
