We are hiring an Airport Development Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. What you will do: Assisting in negotiation with airports, tourism boards, institutions, etc, in close collaboration with Country Managers. Review, control and contracts follow up with airports and institutions. Control, follow-up, overview, and plan to continue improving all costs related to airports, working closely with Strategy, Network Planning, Country Managers, Finance, Operations and Procurement teams. Coordinating the contract process by partnering with Line Managers on the evaluation and signature of contracts; including its incentives follow up, monthly and annually. To assist in co-marketing agreements negotiations of the network as well as help to promote our network and get a better notoriety across markets. Work in close collaboration with the legal, finance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure full alignment and consistency in the implementation of the different initiatives. Assist in the coordination together with Country Managers and Communications in the launch of new routes. Prospect for new airports to find new business opportunities together with Network and Strategy team. Support all other daily tasks when needed. What you will need: Recent Degree or Master in Aeronautical Engineering. Experience in Business/Airline/Airport development or procurement roles is a plus. Experience in contracts review or legal processes will be highly valued. Excellent English speaker
