We are building agile capabilities across the company to enable a responsive organization where we can deliver the value to our consumers & customers faster. This requires rapidly iterating, cross-skilled, purpose-driven product teams.Main areas of responsibilityCoaching our employees, teams, managers that have been using the Agile ways of working or that are just starting using themHelping the team to embrace the Agile mindset, principles and practices in their workSupporting agile practitioners in progressing in their rolesDriving and measuring progress of Agile journeyFacilitating the development of functional playbooksPurpose and objectivesYou as a professional - requirementsEnglish proficiencyWorking experience with FMCG, electronics, manufacturing or other corporate organizations with presence in multiple geographies and diverse workforceExperience coaching both senior leadership and large groups (e.g. departments)Ready to work in a network of independent agile coaches in a coherent way, moving the needle in the same direction as described by JTI's Focus Areas for AgileAvailability to work for JTI for 2/3 days/weekWhat are the next steps - Recruitment processThank you very much for your interest in the role.
