Do you want to be part of this adventure?As an International People Services Coordinator you will be responsible for: Payroll management: Coordinate and facilitate the timely, accurate, and successful processing of payroll within the business areas/geographies ensuring process standardization and compliance on quality and efficiency within the Company and the external payroll partners (ex ADP).Labor relations: Follow-up situations arising from labor relations between employee, organization, public administration and other related institutions (conflict management, exit processes, conciliations, lawsuits, compensations, labor inspections, trade union, etc.), dialoguing and managing relationships with trade unions within all geographies, all in compliance with the current labor law.HR Administration: Guarantee that the administrative processes related with the employee lifecycle, such entries, exit processes, absence and presence management, paid leaves, etc.,
are followed according to global guidelines, in order to ensure compliance on timings, process standardization, service quality and efficiency, within all Area/geography.Team management: Provide thought leadership, guidance and support to the team members, assigning responsibilities as appropriate and ensuring the flow of necessary information and communication. Set and monitor staff performance and development goals, assessing their compliance. Identify and develop talent, ensuring the necessary training, development and motivation.Employee support: Provide advice to business partners on labor affairs being up to date on the latest news, legislative changes and market trends.Coordination with other areas/departments:
Coordinate and interact with other business areas/Departments for the proper performance of the activities of the job position and negotiations with external partners on cost and improvement of the service required.Minimum Requirements: Professional experience in a similar role, coordinating payroll in several countries.Fluent English and Spanish mandatory.
