What We're Looking For :
We are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer for one of our clients, a leading technology company. Your main mission will be to provide technical support to customers after purchase, with the aim of fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.


Your Responsibilities :



Respond promptly and professionally to customer and distributor inquiries, as well as technical issues, via various channels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the company's products, both on-site and remotely.
Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical issues and customer needs.
Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Contribute to the development of support resources and knowledge base articles.
Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and distributors.
Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.




Requirements :



Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
Over 5 years of experience in customer support or technical service.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
