Your roleYou will join our fast-growing Affiliate team and play a major role in the growth of the Lano Affiliate Program for the Spanish speaking markets.
As an Affiliate Partner Manager, you will be driven by creating meaningful partnerships to bring mutual value to our affiliate partners and their clients in Spain and LATAM.
You will be responsible for managing the whole partner lifecycle within your target market.
Additionally, you will develop and execute the marketing-affiliate strategy for the Spanish speaking markets together with the Business development and marketing teams.
In your day-to-day role you will work on identifying new potential partners, test new outreach approaches, attend in-person and online conferences and webinars, nurture relationships with secured partners, provide them with all the necessary tools and knowledge of our solution to build trust and ultimately generate client referrals.

to constantly generate affiliate partner leadsOptimize and improve partner recruitment campaigns based on data and lessons learnedAttend meetings with prospect partners, identify relationship types (one-sided or reciprocal), pitch and negotiate partnership termsIdentify and attend best online and in-person conferences in Spain for business development opportunitiesRun affiliate partner onboarding sessions - ensure that all partners have good understanding of Lano solutions and are able to make qualified referralsCreate innovative affiliate partner engagement campaigns to ensure steady lead pipeline and that no valuable relationship goes coldCollaborate with sales to nurture all referral opportunities, assist in closing deals when requiredBecome an expert within the borderless employment and international payroll spaceReporting to Senior Affiliate Partner ManagerWhat you need to succeed3 years work experience in Business Development, Partnerships or similarYou are fluent in both spoken and written English and SpanishYou have strong research skillsAn entrepreneurial spirit with a natural charisma to build relationships with anyoneA passion for remote work with hunger to learn more about the Employer of Record industry and global payrollA proven track record of effectively meeting/exceeding sales or business development goalsNice to havePrevious experience working in tech, finance or human resourcesPrevious experience in remote work environmentJoin us in powering the remote revolution!
