IE's Administration and Accounting Department is looking for an Administrative (temporary) to join its team!
The Administrative will achieve excellence and effectiveness for any fiscal aspect that may affect the company's activity.
Responsibilities include presentation of written memos and appeals, guaranteeing any type of request sent by the corresponding tax authorities, and helping in the resolution of any tax issue that may arise in any area of the company.
Coordination of international offices and representative agents is also required.

Responsibilities: Your role as Administrative (temporary) will involve: Helps in the management of all the taxation of the companies of the group following the guidance of our Tax Advice experts: Periodic VAT settlements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) of companies in Spain and third countries.
Periodic income tax settlements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) of companies in Spain and third countries.
Supervision, control, and presentation of corporation tax together with external advisors.
Registrations, deregistrations, local tax changes: IAE, IBI, etc.
Management assistance in the monitoring and control of all offices and agents abroad: Supervision and integration of their accounting.
Processing their payments.
Control and monitoring of advances.
Monthly accounting closures of branches.
Any other reporting and support to the Department of Administration and Accounting.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Economy or Business and Administration.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, national and international practices, and procedures.
Three years of professional experience in taxation and accounting.
Proficient in MS Excel and have ERP experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and other MS financial applications is valued but not required.
Command of professional English and Spanish.
Ability to plan, initiate, and complete work assignments with a minimum of guidance; understand and enforce the legal requirements and administrative policies of accounting functions; interpret and analyze tax data; detect potential weaknesses in the company.
Very decisive, agile person with initiative and teamwork capacity.
