Good command of Catalan (C level) and Spanish.

Experience and knowledge: Required: Experience in administrative and accounting tasks.
Knowledge of Accounting.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Main responsibilities and duties: Resolving incidents with supplier invoices (returns, internal – external invoicing errors, refused invoices, requesting the return of an undue amount).
Accounting of internal project invoices and charges.
Recording of settlement of receipts of expenses generated by projects.
Request and claim of total payments.
Accounting and compensation in payments.
Manage incidents of blocked invoices.
Request for reimbursements pending in payments.
Supporting all those tasks in their area of action that are entrusted to them by their manager.
Labour conditions: Full-time position: 40h/week.
Starting date: immediate.
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
