We are collaborating with a Startup company that offers transformative experiences for women, focusing on personal growth, empowerment, and professional development Job Overview:   The Administrative Assistant will manage the planning, execution, and follow-up of our administrative tasks and work along with the Owner.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities: Manage communications with clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Prepare necessary documents and ensure they are organized and accessible.
Organize calls with the team, manage requirements, and communicate roles and schedules effectively.
Collect feedback, assess success, prepare detailed reports, and refine processes for future improvements.
Set clear goals for success and implement detailed timelines using tools like Google Calendar and Trello.
Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience as anadministrative asistant, project management or similar.
Background in business administration, management, or a related field Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Trello, and ActiveCampaign.
Experience in start up or fast paced environment.
