Administrative Assistant (Marbella)

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated administrative assistant to work within a multilingual environment at a company in Marbella.

The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a bonus. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks. You will also have excellent computer skills and ideally have experience in a similar role.

Requirements:

High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken); other languages a bonusPrevious experience as an Admin Assistant, PA, Office Admin Assistant or similarWorking knowledge of office equipmentComputer literateStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsGood time managementMust have a car and a valid driving licenceThe offer:
