Director SFE, this function is focused on contributing to operational success of the cross-functional teams.
The owner of the position will provide support to customer service operations and projects of the commercial, market access and medical teams facilitating a common framework, developing standardized forms of working and allowing operations to be more orderly and streamlined.
As customer service, the owner will have responsibilities supervising daily operations performed by our 3LP, orders processed, establishing priorities and orders delivery follow up.
Will be responsible for maintaining customer master file, pricing master file, discounts, tenders and reporting.
He/she will assist the As.
Director SFE to manage brick to territory alignment, incentive calculation as well as other reporting and structured data.
As P&OC responsibilities include working closely with the budget owners to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
He/she will perform coordinating tasks along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
He/she will provide support preparing and tracking POs, contracts, invoices for suppliers, consultants, agents, as requested.
He/she will contribute to define the adequate business model to ensure the above.
The PC will follow up OPEX monthly transactions and will identify accruals if needed at month end.
The P&OC will prepare the (ToV) transfer of value report, compiling all the information from different sources (COUPA, EngagementNow and other suppliers) assuring the accuracy of the data.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities Customer Service Master Files, tenders and operations follow up.
3LP Follow up and data alignment with our ERP (SAP).
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Support the BU teams (commercial, access, medical) with administrative help (travels, approvals, requests, …) Project procurement management, prepare and track POs, contracts, invoices for suppliers, consultants, agents, as requested.
Coordinate and monthly follow up on OPEX with Business Owners and OPEX Tracker maintenance.
Create and maintain ToV Transfer of Value reporting.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact to communicate project status to all participants.
Travel occasionally to support meeting/event organization.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Be resourceful, proactive, assertive, and self-motivated.
Excellent administration skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency at advanced level.
Ability to work independently and as a part of diverse teams.
Strong Company ambassador.
Organizational skills.
Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage own workload with flexible approach.
The ability to confidently communicate with colleagues of all levels, including senior management.
Good English skills.
Experienced in working in a matrix organization.
