GPCResearch line / Scientific-technical services: Computer Science and Information TechnologyTASKS TO BE DONE: Support in economic and administrative management in collaboration with the UDC bureaus.Collaboration in the organization of trips and acquisition of equipment.Collaboration in the management of the group's curricular information in the information systems of the UDC and the group's own.Help in the management of research and transfer activities of the group such as collaboration in the preparation of application reports and justifications for aid and contracts.Collaboration in the organization of meetings and seminars as well as in outreach activities.None of the criteria is exclusive except for having experience in project management in the R+D+i area or R+D+i management and to have Accreditation of Training received related to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for NextGenerationEU Fund Management.Minimum Requirements: Academic record in FPII or Baccalaureate degrees (max. 8 points, in proportion to the record).Work experience in administrative tasks, with a maximum of 2 points per year, depending on the Relationship with the tasks to be performed in the position (max. 20 points).Work experience in management of European and national research projects (3 pts/project), regional and collaborations with companies (2 project and/or collaboration), in the area of R+D+i or R+D+i management (max. 15 points).Participations in contracts Art. 83 (2 points/ contract, max. 15 points).Training received in management applications, office automation, graphic design and web technologies. (HTML and complementary) (1 point every 35 hours, max. 20 points).Knowledge of English. Level C1 (10 points), level C2 or nationality of a country with English as its mother tongue (5 pts).Accreditation of Training received related to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for NextGenerationEU Fund Management.
