We are looking for a passionate System Administrator who is eager to contribute value to our team and work on technology projects within a collaborative and international environment.
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
Configure and manage user accounts and workstations, maintaining an updated inventory.
Install, configure, and manage both software and hardware.
Monitor and resolve technical issues locally and for other companies in the group.
Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Analyze, design, and improve physical and virtual infrastructures, ensuring high availability and security.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect confidential data.
Develop and update technical documentation and IT policies.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in system technology.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments, performing similar functions.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems: Windows Server, Office 365 (email administration, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, GPO, and antivirus platforms.
Experience with hardware: network infrastructure, servers (Nutanix/HP/Lenovo), Meraki firewalls, etc.
Experience with cloud infrastructures, mainly Azure.
Knowledge of virtualization in Hyper-V environments.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Strong teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel.
Good to have: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
Experience with ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central NAV, Epicor ERP.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience with ticket management systems like Kaseya VSA.
