Ad Operations Specialist

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with fluent English and Chinese.
The tasks are the following: Effectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch, delays and delivery issues, etc.
to the clients.
Perform quality assurance in campaigns, checks and debug issues, to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and delivered across all platforms and devices.
Monitor and analyse campaign performances.
Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining traffic and work-flow procedures for client accounts.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ads ops process.
Minimum requirements include: 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing department or media house is preferred.
Excellent data analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Knowledge of other analytical tools is an asset.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in Chinese and English.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
