Cigna Europe and Global Segments has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing International Markets, Europe and Global Segments.
The role is integral to the success of the global business, as its purpose is to drive indirect customer acquisition for the Global Individual Health product line.
The scope of the role covers our consumer segments, engaging with individuals who buy through brokers in our target market, ultimately to convert them to customers.
Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Head of Acquisition Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns which support sales conversion for GIH product lines.Supporting indirect sales through broker marketing strategy, including broker programme, events, communications, etc.Setting the strategy and developing or collaborating in events which support engagement & conversion, with prospects.Development of communications and marketing campaigns across traditional media, including radio, press and OOH.Evolving GIH content and social media marketing functions to develop an engagement model that supports the conversion of prospects to sale.Develop Brand activation and brand campaign execution for the GIH segment.Working closely with the product team to develop go-to-market strategy, product marketing strategy and communications.Optimising the acquisition marketing budget across non-digital acquisition such as events and broker communications, to give the best ROI.Evolving our USP's, features/benefits, messaging, positioning and differentiation in collaboration with the consumer acquisition team and product teams that help achieve our sales objectives.Develop insights from prospect or customer engagement which assist us in evolving our models for customer acquisition.Managing an individual who will support you in the above role. RequirementsExperience of working in an international business preferred.Experience of working in financial services or organization with understanding of the sales funnel.Thorough understanding of content marketing and development with a sound understanding of how social media and other digital channels can be used to engage with customers.Experience working in large functionally organized companies with an emphasis on collaborating with multiple departments.Degree educated, preferably in a Business, Marketing or Social Sciences discipline.
