Specifically, the Accounts Payable department is responsible for processing vendor invoices and queries in line with established service-level agreements to ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting. We aim to establish a strong and mutually beneficial professional relationship with our business partners and other financial departments.Job main responsibilities Be in charge of validating and posting invoices following company guidelines and processes, fulfilling country legal requirements and controls for the countries assigned.Resolve internal and external queries (payment status, general information, vendor reconciliation)Perform the assigned tasks and work with other streams for month end closing.Provide support and build a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Resolve issues detected in quality controls (e.g. VAT code, currency, legal entity…)CommunicationLiaise with countries assigned.Liaise with Invoice to Pay Manager, Teamlead and other team membersCandidate profile requirements EducationUniversity degree in finance and/or administration (ideal, not a must)ExperienceLess than 2 years' experience in accountingExperience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plusKnowledge and skills•Understanding of financial concepts & experience•Experience with Invoice Management tools is a plusOther requirementsFluent in English (C1) good command of both oral & writtenNative speaker level of one of the following languages: Polish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Czech will be a plusWhat we offer?
