Descripción de la compañía: Job Description: As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and evaluating day-to-day accounting tasks and activities to ensure our company's performance and success.
We will count on you to: Ensure that financial results for local legal entities are accurate.
Oversee and be responsible for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities, all statutory filings, and local tax matters.
Support the transfer pricing document preparation in cooperation with tax consultants.
Ensure that P&L and Balance Sheet are also in accordance with US GAAP.
Ensure that all reconciliations (done by shared service centers) are accurate and completed in a timely fashion.
Be responsible for the effective operational management of a team of 2 people, improving processes with the assignment of objectives and evaluation of results.
Maintain a positive attitude, inclusive working style, and effective communication skills.
Establish a strong connection with the Eugene/Pune and Bucharest teams (Shared Service Center) to ensure smooth operations between the country and the shared service centers.
Provide assistance to local Management on local projects within the finance/tax area.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise monthly closure and reconciliations and ensure accounting transactions are performed correctly on time.
Preparation and closing of the statutory financial statements and group packages in accordance with local GAAP and US GAAP and in collaboration with tax consultants and auditors.
Control of all VAT and corporate tax requirements.
Interaction with the shared service center for accounting and administration issues.
Management, updating, and optimizing of all administrative-financial processes and procedures in accordance with internal audit rules.
