Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityYou will be part of the Finance Department of Worldline Spain being responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Treasury, T&E, Tax.You will report to the Regional Accounting Director SE/MEA/APAC.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the local Accounting Operations teamCooperate with the nearshore Global Functions Support team and provide support when neededFinalise the Statutory Reporting for the three legal entities of the GroupTo liaise with both internal and external auditors as main point of contact for audit plan and follow up of to do listEnsure the quality of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, with specific reference to intermediation accountingSupport the preparation of regulatory/statistical reportingAnalyse and document Balance-Sheet positionsManage cash, working capital, bank guarantees and relationship with local banksCooperate with the local controlling team for the finalisation of the monthly closing reporting for Worldline GroupProvide timely support to the Consolidation team for whatever request of clarification regarding local accounting positionsCarry out the assigned Worldline Group Internal Control activitiesProvide and review information required for Corporate Tax, VAT and other Tax submissionsManage tax and VAT related queries with tax advisorsSupport the Regional Accounting Director in the local implementation of group strategiesEnsure the local cost base of Accounting Operations is under controlWho Are We Looking ForYou have strong analytical and communication skillsYou possess sophisticated skills in mathematics, accounting and financeYou have proficient English level.
