THE POSITION
The Accounting Clerk day-to-day tasks consist of a variety of actions to complete the necessary clerical work for accurate accounting practices. He/she performs general office tasks like organizing and delivering documents, filing reports, updating records, and communicating with clients and suppliers with a focus on financial duties. He/she needs to be able to multi-task and determine priorities to complete tasks as accurately and efficiently as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIESUsing bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and softwareHandle accounts payable and receivable dutiesProducing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheetsChecking for accuracy in reports, figures and postingsReconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the recordsSKILLSIntegrity & reliability: The Accounting Clerk is in control of the financial documentation for our organization, and this information should be used appropriately and kept confidential. It's important that he/she guard against misuse of an organization's funds by keeping transparent records.Detail-oriented & math skills: The Accounting Clerk works with numbers on a daily basis and needs to be comfortable with a range of mathematical operations. He/she needs to pay attention to detail to avoid errors and recognize errors that have been made.**Salary**: Up to 22,000.00€ per year
