Job TitleAccounting and Tax Compliance ManagerSummary:The Accounting & Tax Compliance Manager is responsible for reporting and filing the Financial Statements in accordance with local Accounting Standards and Legal requirements for the companies under his/her responsibility.He/she will ensure a proper coordination with Finance Service Centre to prepare accurate reporting financial statements on a regular basis for Group purposes (IFRS) and Local purposes. He/she will be responsible for the Tax Compliance and legal requirements fulfilment in cooperation with Finance Service Centre or tax/accounting firm. He/she will lead the relationship with the Auditors and Tax Authorities supported by the respective corporate support functions.In this role you will: Responsible for the preparation, issuance, reporting and filing of the Financial Statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Amadeus policies, Local Accounting Standards and Local Tax and Legal requirements for the companies under our scope.Analyse, review and approve the Financial Statements reported by the Finance Service Center.Analysis of financial information and financial reports concerning assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax assets/liabilities and other financial activities in compliance with professional and corporate standards.Instruct and monitor the Finance Service Center for the maintenance of the relevant accounting documentation in order to back up the Company financial statements in front of Tax authorities, external/internal auditors and any other competent authority requiring information.Continuous improvement in the standardization of the different processes and treatment of data (accounting, treasury, purchasing, billing and collection) that will generate synergies and efficiencies in the quality of information respecting or following corporate policies and guidance.Liaise with and lead the relationship with External advisors and Group external auditors for their audit of Group and the Statutory Annual Accounts.Fulfil all tax requirements from a local perspective such as tax returns, VAT records, Corporate Income Tax, etc. and follow corporate guidelines on Transfer Pricing Policies.
