Tech, logistics, sales, marketing, sales production: join us on an exciting, digital-centered journey.Main responsibilities or key accountabilities: Manage and record vendor invoices, banks and credit cards payments.Post and review general ledger entries and support information.Maintain and update fixed assets ledger.Register payroll and other expense allocation.Manage balance sheet reconciliation and prepare reporting sheets on a monthly basis.Own several key monthly closing tasks, including vendor account review, accruals, payroll, assets, and prepayments.Work closely with the Controlling team.Create billing documents related to Intercompany Services.Safeguard internal controls process through the review of PO details, contract terms, and invoicing.Support the timely reporting of key financial information.Prepare necessary information required for tax compliance purposes (VAT, Income tax, and Withholding tax), and collaborate with external tax providers under Accounting Manager supervision.Prepare and follow up on monthly payments in communication with the Treasury department.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.Skills and experience required: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP.Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Good level of English is a plus.Ability to work proactively, strong team-working skills with the ability to work independently.Keen attention to detail, able to consistently deliver timely and accurate work.Change lover.
