Together, we work passionately to develop and deliver easy-to-use, efficient oncology solutions.Position Summary:Supports and monitors centralized shared service team in Budapest on AP accounting, T&E and General Ledger entriesApproval of AP invoices through Concur appMonitoring of AP and travel expenses paymentsSII reporting of incoming invoicesSupport the VAT and Intrastat reports prepared by the tax teamsFleet management/fleet related reportsProvide support for system implementations, integration activities and new initiatives. Perform system/process testing as requested.Provide support for external and internal auditsDocument control and archiveContact with public administrationsResolution of possible incidentsSupport month-end and year-end close processMinimum Required Skills and Knowledge:Graduating/Graduated in Accounting, Administration or EconomicsBachelors-/Masters Degree with minimum 2 years of related experienceAccounting experience essentialProficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity softwareProficient English & Spanish language skills (business level)Ability to work under pressure and to deadlinesFighting cancer calls for big ideas.Imagine a world without fear of cancer.
