Accountable Manager Madrid Madrid, Community of Madrid, ES Our client, one of Europe's newest but firmly established ACMI operators, is in search of a highly motivated individual to join them as Accountable Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the company's operations, ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance, and uphold high safety standards and values.
As a dynamic airline, our client's growth is not restricted by outdated legacy processes, making this a great opportunity for a candidate at deputy or senior management level within an ACMI airline who has the experience and drive to enhance operational efficiencies and improvements.
The Accountable Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management to align operational strategies with the company's vision and financial goals.

In-depth knowledge of ACMI/Wet Lease operations and ground handling processes.
Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
ACMI Airline Management background.
Experience in implementing technology, such as EFP and automation.
