What You'll Do:As an Account Strategist, you will be managing a portfolio of accounts among our UK clients. You will be joining a fast-paced environment focused on client retention and account growth, with the main objective of supporting our strategic plan. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upselling, as well as post-sale communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
This position will involve analyzing metrics for all ads served, communicating issues/concerns internally, and being the client's "Go-To" person for any questions. You will monitor and optimize existing campaigns to help increase revenue and margins, while cultivating strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with internal support teams to provide detailed reports and optimize campaigns for enhanced client performance. Additionally, you will plan, forecast, and negotiate yearly budgets, along with upselling Criteo's new products.
Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels.Advise on clients' digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.Optimize accounts to improve performance and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized solutions and ensure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue, etc.).Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new products.Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly meetings.Who You Are:Positive and proactive mindset, willing to challenge yourself learning and consulting about regular changes across the industry.Master's degree or equivalent.Relevant direct industry experience in performance/DR and branding-based digital media.Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise.Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.Strong analytical skills and ability to understand a complex technological environment.Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.Detail-oriented.Able to work effectively across functions/teams.Good team player.Fluent in English, spoken and written.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
