WHAT DO WE OFFER?An excellent career opportunity at a leading player in transportation management software.Challenging job in an international environment.The possibility to work in a team but also to work independently.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?Take ownership of new customers by onboarding and helping them configure their accounts.Develop and cultivate relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.Responsible for renewing customer agreements.You will lead the renewals process to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.Gather customer requirements and obtain order information.Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.Implement customer development strategies by taking care of the clients in initial guidance, technical support and training services.Timely and precise preparation of all plans and reports and monitoring of customer satisfaction.WE DO HAVE A MATCH IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:Previous experience working in customer support.Native Italian and good level of English or Spanish.Resourceful and highly motivated, with a focus on client satisfaction.Team player able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals.High accuracy standards.Experience with Salesforce will be a plus.ABOUT ALPEGA GROUPAlpega Group is a fast-growing leading software company offering modular solutions to manage transportation logistics from end-to-end.
