The Role
Expereo has an opportunity for an Account Director/Manager Wholesale Sales. In this role you will be responsible for leading the sales of Expereo's portfolio of Internet, SDWAN and related services to Expereo's largest global sales wholesale accounts. This position requires a passionate and result-driven account manager and new sales driven person, who is well respected by the team and customers and leads sales activities by excellent examples. You will be representing Expereo whilst driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and growing activities within a fast-paced environment. Regular travelling will be required as part of this position.
The Account Director/Manager Wholesale Sales is a member of the global Wholesale team, and reports to the Head of Wholesale.
Responsibilities:
Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:
Coordinate with a virtual team to ensure growth of revenue from telecoms company customers (Wholesale accounts) and develop new customers, by "hunting" new accounts and opportunities together.
Perform account planning and positioning for assigned Wholesale accounts
Ensure monthly sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded, while delivering an outstanding service to Expereo's Wholesale accounts
Responsible for day-to-day sales activity, funnel management and customer focused sales efforts to assigned Wholesale accounts
Participate in relevant industry-related events to further develop opportunities to drive existing and new business
Overall financial tracking, revenue recognition, as well as forecasting responsibilities for Wholesale accounts.
Highly focused on results, eager to ensure profit and delivering client satisfaction
Build and sustain collaborative relationships based on teamwork on various levels and liaise with pre- and post-sales departments
Intervene at C-level executive management in any (escalated) client issue(s)
Excel in being a motivator, presenter, team player, commercially savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills and Experience:
Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology sales role; and multi-level selling and demonstrated track record of success in sales.
Experience in building strategic plans for sales growth and development including account and activity planning and development
Knowledge of WAN, Internet and SD-WAN on a global basis
Proficient with PC-based applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sales performance/tracking programs such as Salesforce.com
Ability retain an overview and to focus on results and client satisfaction; meeting departmental and company goals
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including experience in dealing with all levels of management, and different functional departments
Able to make informed, educated and timely decisions, under pressure
Experience working within a multinational company
Excellent English language verbal and written skills
