We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as an Account Manager in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the Tech industry.What you will do in this roleAs an Account Manager on our team, you will:Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest.Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods.Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partners & support partners to close big deals when necessary.Work closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.Minimum QualificationsAre bilingual or proficient in French with Advanced English.Have two years of related technical sales experience preferred.Are familiar with channel programs.Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization.Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals.It would be a plus if you:Have experience working in a Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors.What's in it for youIn this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:Full-time 39 hours/week indefinite contract: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00.Salary 23.000 euros gross/year + up to 8.000 euros gross/year in bonus.Central location in Barcelona.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses.Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer.We're proudly united as one team, one company, globally
