Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Affiliate and Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business partners, and affiliates while driving growth through strategic partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to ensure the success of performance-based marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients and affiliates, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Maintain regular communication with clients to address any issues, provide updates, and propose solutions that align with their goals. Develop and nurture professional relationships with key stakeholders to foster business growth. Business Development & Prospecting: Proactively identify and prospect for new advertisers and business partners through LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new clients and expand the company's affiliate network. Negotiate terms with potential advertisers and ensure successful contract closures. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to clients and partners to optimize campaigns for better ROI. Report on key performance metrics, and propose improvements to drive higher engagement and conversions. Sales & Negotiation: Leverage strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals with new advertisers and enhance existing partnerships. Communicate the value proposition of our affiliate marketing solutions to potential clients and tailor presentations to meet their specific needs. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and delivered on time. Develop customized strategies for each client, focused on driving revenue and achieving performance marketing goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate and performance marketing. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in English (C1 level); knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with clients and partners. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Results-driven, with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt. Proactive, positive attitude, and ability to work independently. Analytical mindset and attention to detail are highly valued. Sales and negotiation skills to secure and grow partnerships. Analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM software, and other business development tools.
