Experience the power of a game-changing career! As an Account Manager on our team, you will: Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, including activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed). Update CRM with all communication as per expected standards. Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained. Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus, etc.). Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels. Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients. Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client. Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels. Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required. Work on external lists when required on other platforms. Have a positive work attitude. Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Have a sales background. Have a hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory).
