Experience the power of a game-changing careerAs an Account Manager on our team, you will:- Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed)- Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected.- Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication is maintained.- Participate in sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc. )- Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels- Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients.- Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client- Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels- Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required- Work on external lists when required on other platforms as provideConcentrix is a great match if you:- Are bilingual or proficient in xxx with advanced English level- Have great organization and communication skills- Have positive work attitude- Have experience in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Have sales background- Have hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)- Have experience in using CRMs (beneficial but not mandatory)- Share our values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and WOWWhat's in it for youIn this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:- Full-time 39 hours/week Monday - thursday 9:00-17:30, Friday 9:00-16. 30 contract: Indefinite- Salary 19. 000 euros gross/year + up to 4. 196 euros gross/ in bonus- Great location in Malaga- Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities- Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on- Career development programs, specialized coursesConcentrix is an equal opportunity employerWe're proudly united as one team, one company, globally.
