DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUtilize CRM tools to contact and qualify accounts, generating new opportunitiesConsistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for activity and performanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemEnsure regular communication with assigned accounts to maintain strong relationships and drive businessParticipate in targeted sales activities such as call storms, industry-focused campaigns, and hotel-specific initiativesQualify and follow up on all opportunities related to meetings, events, and group accommodationsAdopt an upselling approach during client interactions to maximize revenue and add value to the client experienceProvide chain-wide discounts based on client needs and follow up to ensure usage of these offersOffer alternative solutions when preferred hotels are unavailableAssist with both business travel inquiries and individual requests when neededWork on external lead lists and other platforms as required by the businessREQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in Danish, both oral and written.
