Account Manager (Bpo)

Communicate with clients and collaborate with our internal Web developer team assigned with AI Project (AI Project head and VA Techs) to create tailored solutions that address the client's unique needs and challenges.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client's organization and understand the client's objectives and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions.

Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve customized AI-related services and processes.

Qualifications: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule: 10 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred)
