Job DescriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to reach our potential customer collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, your peers, and the Sales Manager.
Control the whole Deal-Life-Cycle - from qualification, and validation until closing.
Analysis of customer needs to systematically identify and understand customer requirements and constantly optimize our product.
Provide a great customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success department.
Be, through your daily work, an ambassador of the Doctoralia brand and the values it represents.
QualificationsYou love sales and new technologies, with a proven record of 2 years of sales experience in full cycle.
You're willing and able to personally deliver the critical early sales - calling, pitching, negotiating and follow ups - and you are characterized by your empathy and ability as an active listener to understand in depth the needs of our customers.
You are communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners, including communicating back to our product teams.
You thrive when change happens, you have a startup mindset.
You have attention to detail to be able to follow the processes associated with the sales process.
You are proactive, able to work independently, good at prioritizing your tasks and you are a team player.
You love working as a team and giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve your commercial speech.
You are a results-oriented person. Nothing makes you happier than closing a sale!
You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish. B2 in English is a plus.
CRM knowledge is a must.
