Our purpose: to improve and enhance the HR and CSR performance of organizations.

We collect, analyze and communicate the certified opinions of all stakeholders of companies and schools (employees, students, interns, alternates, clients, candidates).

Our mission: Assessing the perception of all stakeholders through customized, or modeled, surveys. ChooseMyCompany annually accredits companies and schools via 6 main labels: HappyIndexAtWork (commitment), WeImpactIndex (ESG performance), HappyIndexTrainees (interns / alternates), HappyIndexAtSchool (students), HappyIndexCandidates (recruited or not), HappyIndexClients (suppliers).

Supporting clients in the interpretation of data and the implementation of rapid and measurable action plans.

Our commercial offer: Offer our clients a SaaS software that allows them to collect, analyze and communicate certified data and opinions. Then, if they wish to progress, personalized support based on the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.

ChooseMyCompany works with 3/4 of the CAC40 companies, mid-sized companies, SMEs and Startups.

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Portugal and cover the Portuguese market.

ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful SaaS (software as a service) that aims at:

Gathering information about the wellbeing of its employees and clients and analyzing these informations in order to Get a clear picture of where you are Help you deep dive all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to improve wellbeing in your company Provide a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports Sharing key information about your organization (including on social media) Your mission will consist of: Reach as many prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads: You can count on our tools and international clients. You will need to activate your networks. You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events ...). Sign both Freemium ("get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free") and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results). Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools. ChooseMyCompany is new to the Portuguese market and you will be the first employee after the country manager. Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look; we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices.

Our dream candidate would fit the following criteria:

You have initial sales experience (~2 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them. You have strong entrepreneurial skills - you've already managed a project from start to finish and are proud of it. You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country. Portuguese is your native language and you are fluent in English. About the opportunity: Attractive package, salary depends on profile. Variable salary depending on the sales you sign. When you join our teams, we guarantee:

Pay: 27,000.00€ - 33,000.00€ per year
