Prospecting: In close collaboration with the Lead-Gen Team, strategically prospect new clients in the Commercial Market, with a focus on 60% inbound and 40% outbound sales efforts. Utilize market segmentation by industry to efficiently identify and target high-potential leads, leveraging our sales tools, Salesforce and Apollo, for optimal lead and opportunity management.
Continuous Improvement: Serve as a critical link between field insights and internal departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment. Regularly assess sales strategies and outcomes, sharing best practices and experiences in team workshops to enhance sales processes and performance.
Industry Expertise: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our CRM (Salesforce) with diligent data management. Candidates with experience in working with HR, Sales or Finance, and a background in Legal knowledge will find themselves at a significant advantage, enriching our team's expertise and ability to connect with a diverse range of industries.
